Welcome to the inaugural 2024 Florida Springs Trail Run Series! Each series event will showcase one of Florida's iconic fresh water springs, and all the fun things there are to do at the spring. Come for the run, stay for the fun!
Courses:
All courses utilize the roads and trails adjacent to the springs. The courses may contain a mixture of paved and unpaved trails/roads, depending on the venue. All courses will be first-timer friendly and may contain some sections of lose sand and and soft marshy areas. None of the courses will be overly technical. Trail running shoes are not required, but may be helpful.
In order to help keep the trails clean of litter, all courses are cup-less, meaning that runners should bring their own non-disposable cup to receive hydration along the course. More information on event hydration and nutrition will be provided to runners prior to each event.
Amenities:
Each series event will offer a unique hand crafted medal, cool shirt, well marked and monitored course, chip timing with awards three deep in five year age groups, great post race food, and more!
