AdventHealth COOL SOMMER MORNINGS TRI-DU-5K SERIES Presented by Publix

Join us at one of the longest running multi-sport series in the country, the AdventHealth 39th Annual Cool Sommer Mornings Triathlon-Duathlon-Aquabike-5K Series. Each of the four 2024 series events has a unique "Decades" theme and each race features a Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon, Intermediate Distance Triathlon & Aquabike, a Sprint Triathlon Relay, and a 5K Run/Walk. Athletes who finish all four events, either live or virtually, will earn a super cool bonus medal!

For 2024 the series races will all take place on Sunday instead of Saturday and will feature a new 8.2 mile bike course that laps around Lake Minneola. Sprint athletes complete one lap and intermediate athletes complete two laps..
