AdventHealth Girlz on Fire Sprint Triathlon & 5K

A Mother's Day weekend event just for the ladies, the AdventHealth Girlz on Fire Sprint Triathlon & 5K at the World Triathlon Destination, Clermont, FL. The Girlz on Fire Triathlon features a .25 mile Swim, 8 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile Run, along with a Duathlon and 5K Run/Walk.

Events & Distances:

5K Run: 3.1 mile Run/Walk.

Sprint Triathlon: 440yard Swim, 8.4 mile Bike, 5K Run

Sprint Duathlon: 1 mile Run, 8.4 mile Bike, 5K Run

Course:

SWIM - The swim course is a rectangular shaped course in Lake Minneola. The projected water temperature is expected to be 82-84. Wetsuit use is in accordance with USAT rules.

BIKE - The bike course travels clockwise around Lake Minneola.

RUN - The run course is an out and back course on the South Lake Trail.

Amenities:

Super cool finisher medal, colorful event T-shirt, finisher tiara, accurately measured and well-monitored course, and more. Registering 10 days before the race ensures proper t-shirt size.

Awards:

Sprint Triathlon & 5K - Top three overall, top masters, and the top three in each 5-year age division. Relay Teams - Top three teams overall. Duathlon - Top 5 finishers overall. Top 3 overall Aquabike & Aquathlon.

Be part of all the excitement at one of Sommer Sport's events. Whether you have just a couple of hours to spare or the entire day, your help will make a difference.
