We are taking every precaution we can to provide a safe environment for you to race in. We would not do it if we did not think we could pull it off effectively.

Sommer Sports Events and AdventHealth are coming together for a transformational long-term partnership that delivers resources of the area’s most comprehensive health care network for athletes participating in Sommer Sports Events throughout Central Florida.

The Cool Sommer Mornings Series is one of the longest-running multi-sport series in the country! Now in its 41st year, each series event features a sprint triathlon, duathlon, and Aquabike event; Double Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike events, Sprint Aquathlon, and a 5K run/walk.

🐙 The Mysterious Kraken awakens! End your summer with a splash and tackle the final race of the Cool Sommer Series. Who will conquer the Kraken? 🌊

Run along the beautiful Lake Minneola Waterfront at the Great Floridian 5K!  A beautiful out and back course on the South Lake Trail, mostly along the Lake Minneola shoreline.  This is a walker friendly event!

A spooktacular nighttime 5K run/walk featuring several spook zones along the course. A family friendly event with great shirts, awesome food, and a super cool finisher medal! Virtual option available for participants who are unable to attend.

✨ Dash into holiday magic at the Cocoa Village AdventHealth Santa’s Twilight 5K! ✨

Kick off the holidays with a sparkling night run through the heart of the Space Coast beginning at the Historic Cocoa Village. The course is out and back along Indian River Drive and packed with festive cheer — sprint through a dazzling LED light tunnel at the start and finish, enjoy the twinkling holiday lights along the Cocoa Riverfront and get lifted by the energy of our merry Holiday Cheer Zones.

Join the fun at this holiday themed 5K night run in Historic Downtown Clermont . All participants will receive a really cool long sleeve shirt, holiday moose themed finisher medal, glow sticks for the run, and holiday cookies and hot chocolate at the finish.
