Enjoy an early evening run along the World's Most Famous Beach at the 6th Annual Moonlight Beach Run!  Two distances are offered, a 10K and a 5K, or race both and earn a 3rd bonus medal with the 15K Bandshell Challange. All courses are out and back on the hard packed sand of Daytona Beach.  All participants receive a long sleeve T-shirt and finishers for all events receive a super cool finisher medal.

Distances:

10K (6.2 miles), 5K (3.1 miles)

15K Bandshell Challenge:

Race both the 10K and 5K and earn a 3rd super cool Bandshell Challenge bonus medal.  You must register specifically for the 15K Bandshell Challenge in order to be eligible for the 3rd bonus medal. 

Youth/Senior Discounts:

This event offers a $5 discount on the live race for youths ages 17 and under, and seniors aged 70 and over.  The discount is automatically applied when you register.

All courses are out and back on the hard-packed sand of the World's most famous beach, Daytona Beach, FL. Course maps are posted on either Plotaroute.com or RidewithGPS.com and will open in a new window.

Late Registration:  

Online Registration remains open right up to the start of each race.  Please note that in-person late registration is not available during packet pick-up. You must register online and then proceed to packet pick-up to claim your race packet.

Awards:

10K & 5K - Top three overall, top masters, and the top three in each 5 year age division, male and female.

Be part of all the excitement at one of Sommer Sport's events. Whether you have just a couple of hours to spare, or the entire day, your help will make a difference.
