Start Time: JUNIORS - 7:30AM; SENIORS 8:15AM

Events: Sprint Triathlon (swim-bike-run), Duathlon (run-bike-run)

Race Venue: Clermont Victory Pointe, 938 Victory Way, Clermont, FL  34711 

Triathlon Distances:

JUNIORS - Ages* 6-10: Swim 100 yards, Bike 3.4 miles, Run .5 miles

SENIORS - Ages* 11-14: Swim 200 yards, Bike 6.8 miles, Run 1 mile

Duathlon Distances:

JUNIORS - Ages* 6-10: Run .25 miles, Bike 3.4 miles, Run .5 miles

SENIORS - Ages* 11-14: Run .5 miles, Bike 6.8 miles, Run 1 mile

*In accordance with USAT rules, all ages are based on the participants age on Dec. 31, 2022.

Course: SWIM - The swim course is a rectangular shaped course in Lake Minneola 
BIKE - The bike course is an out and back course on the South Lake Trail taking cylists out past Clermont's Hiawatha Preserve and back.  Juniors complete one lap of the course and Seniors complete two laps.
RUN - The run course is an out and back course running towards Clermont Waterfront Park and back.

LSSC Shamrock Shuffle 5K & 10K

The race course begins on the Lake-Sumter State College South Lake campus, includes the challenge of the South Lake Trail via the Hancock Extension, and ends back on the Lake-Sumter campus with green beer to celebrate your victory. This will be a fun event for the entire family.  All registered participants will receive a t-shirt and medal.* Runners will be timed with prizes awarded to the top three finishers in each race by gender. All proceeds from the Shamrock Shuffle benefit the LSSC Foundation, which supports scholarships and education at Lake-Sumter State College.

AdventHealth 43rd Annual Great Clermont Triathlon

AdventHealth 43rd Annual Great Clermont Triathlon

Florida’s traditional season opener, the AdventHealth Great Clermont Triathlon, features an International (Olympic) distance triathlon consisting of a 1.5K swim, 40K bike, and 10K run. Additional race options include the Olympic Distance Aquabike, Duathlon, and Relay.

The event also offers a full slate of Sprint-distance races, including the Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Duathlon, Aquathlon, and Relay. Participants can also choose from the standalone 1.5K swim or standalone 5K run.
