Each race of the series has a unique theme and features a sprint and intermediate distance triathlon, a sprint duathlon, an intermediate aquabike, and a 5K run/walk.

Course:
SWIM - The swim course is a rectangular-shape in Lake Minneola. The projected water temperature is expected to be 82-84. Wetsuit use is in accordance with USAT rules.
BIKE - The bike course travels clockwise around Lake Minneola. The 2024 bike course no longer includes the 2+ miles in the residential area of Clermont and is just a single lap around Lake Minneola. The 16-mile bike is two laps around Lake Minneola.
RUN - The run course is an out-and-back course on the South Lake Trail.

Super cool themed finisher medal, colorful event T-shirt, accurately measured and well-monitored course, and more. Registering 10 days before the race ensures proper t-shirt size.
Awards:
Sprint Triathlon, International Distance Triathlon, and 5K Run - Top three overall, top masters, and the top three in each division, male and female. Sprint Relay Teams - Top three teams in each of the following categories: All Male, All Female, and Mixed. Duathlon & Aquabike - Top 5 finishers overall, male and female.
Series Info:
The Cool Sommer Mornings Triathlon-Duathlon-5K Series is a four-event multisport series that takes place at the World Triathlon Destination, Clermont Waterfront Park. Each of the four series events is conducted on the same course, allowing you to track your progress during the series.
