Our team is closely monitoring Saturday’s weather forecast and the potential impact it could have on this weekend's Santa’s Twilight 5K in Clermont. Based on the current weather forecast for Saturday, the race will still take place Saturday evening as scheduled. There is no severe weather predicted, however, we do expect light rain and wind during the entire event.
With the potential for rain and wind during the event, we have made modifications to our holiday decorations, event staging, and holiday lighting to ensure your safety and the safety of our Staff and Volunteers. Finisher medals will now be handed out with your bib at packet pick-up instead of at the finish line. We have extended the packet pick-up times on Saturday and will now start at 1:00pm instead of 4:00pm. Race Day packet pickup has also been relocated to the front of Clermont City Center, one block east of Clermont City Hall on Montrose St..
If you would like to switch to the virtual option to avoid the weather, you have two options:
1. Pick your items up in person on Friday or Saturday
2. Pay the $10 S&H fee to have your race packet mailed to you
