The Cool Sommer Mornings Series is one of the longest running multi-sport series in the country! Now in its 39th year, each series event features a sprint and intermediate distance triathlon, a sprint duathlon, intermediate aqua bike, and a 5K run/walk.

True Health is excited to host the Be Healthy 5K Presented by AdventHealth, on Saturday, September 21st at the Orlando Sanford International Airport at 7:30am. This course will have you soaring down a runway to the finish line! Join us with your friends, family, and coworkers as we take health to new heights!

Join us in-person or virtually for AdventHealth Pink on Parade 5K as we celebrate the brave individuals in our community battling breast cancer, survivors who have won their fight and those who shine on through their loved ones.  

Dollars from this event provided hope and healing to hundreds of community members through patient assistance, innovative research, diagnostic tests and wellness plans.

Experience one of Florida's most beautiful and unique 5K Run/Walk, 10K Run Only taking place in the Town of Windermere, The scenic run courses travel the dirt roads of Windermere, under a canopy of century old oaks and along several lakes. This is a family friendly event benefiting the Town of Windermere Parks and Recreation.

Run with the Oakland Police Department along the West Orange Trail. All proceeds will benefit the Oakland Police Department Community Programs. 

Enjoy a beautiful Sunset 5K along the shores of Lake Minneola on the eve of the Great Floridian Triathlon! The Great Floridian Sunset 5K is the kick-off event of the Great Floridian Endurance Festival!

Run along the beautiful Lake Minneola Waterfront at the Great Floridian 15K!  A beautiful out and back course on the South Lake Trail, mostly along the Lake Minneola shoreline.  This is a walker friendly event with a 4 hour time limit.

This race course includes scenic views of Silver Lake and is truly fun for the whole family. All registered participants will receive a t-shirt and medal*. Although the race is just for fun, runners will be timed and prizes will be awarded to the top runners in each age category. Costumes are encouraged! All proceeds from the Monster Dash benefit the LSSC Foundation, which supports scholarships and education at Lake-Sumter State College.
