The Cool Sommer Mornings Series is one of the longest running multi-sport series in the country! Now in its 39th year, each series event feautures a sprint and intermediate distance triathlon, a sprint duathlon, intermediate aqua bike, and a 5K run/walk.

Run along the beautiful Lake Minneola Waterfront at the Great Floridian 15K!  A beautiful out and back course on the South Lake Trail, mostly along the Lake Minneola shoreline.  This is a walker friendly event with a 4 hour time limit.

A spooktacular nighttime 5K run/walk featuring several spook zones along the course. A family friendly event with great shirts, awesome food, and a super cool finisher medal! Virtual option available for participants who are unable to attend.

Triathlon your way across Florida in the unique 3-stage endurance challenge starting on Florida's Gulf Coast, and finishing 3 days later on Florida's Atlantic Coast beaches.    

Join the fun at this holiday themed 5K night run in Safety Harbor in the greater Tampa Bay area. All participants will receive a really cool shirt, holiday themed finisher medal, glow sticks for the run, and holiday cookies and hot chocolate at the finish.
